• All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next working day (usually Monday).

Delivery Timelines

Delivery time starts after your order is dispatched.

• Fast Shipping (Delhi / NCR ): 3–4 business days
• Fast Shipping (Other States): 4–6 business days

Note: Delivery time may vary based on your exact location and courier availability.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs depend on your delivery location and product. Please check your order summary at checkout for exact charges.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver your order due to:

• Incorrect address
• Unavailable customer
• Order refusal

The product will be returned to us. In such cases, we will deduct the shipping and return cost before issuing a refund.

Important Notes

• Please check the package on delivery. If it looks damaged or tampered, refuse it or sign as "Damaged" and contact us immediately.
• No deliveries on bank holidays. Your order will arrive on the next working day.
